Product condition

The guarantee applies to your first box, opened or unopened. That's the whole point: so you can really try it.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

As a food product, consumables have legal nuances. Your Sip & Send guarantee goes beyond the legal minimum.

Timing & refund method

Once your request is confirmed, the refund is processed to your original payment method (card, iDEAL or PayPal).

It usually shows up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We'll email you as soon as it leaves our side.

Damaged or wrong product?

If your order arrived broken, incomplete or with a flavour you didn't order, we'll fix it right away: we'll resend the correct product or refund you.

Start it the same way from My orders → Manage order → Request a return and choose the reason (damaged or wrong item). If you'd like to attach a photo, write to us at returns@wematedrink.com with your order number and we'll sort it out right away.

What you ask us most

Yes. Sip & Send exists exactly for that: so you can really try it. If you're not convinced within 14 days, we'll refund you — opened or not.

Between 5 and 10 business days from when we confirm your request, always to your original payment method. Exact timing depends on your bank.

You never pay for return shipping. If your request requires sending the product back, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label and cover the cost.

You can pause or cancel your subscription whenever you like from My orders. The Sip & Send guarantee applies to your first box.

Email us with a photo and your order number and we'll sort it out immediately: we'll resend the correct product or refund you straight away.

It's not essential, but having your order handy (or your account in My orders) makes the whole process faster.
